How it works

From search to your desk in a few simple steps

Find a space, check what’s free and send a request. The host confirms it, you turn up and work — anywhere from a day pass in Thamel to a monthly office by Phewa Lake.

Booking a space, step by step

Seven steps, and most of them take a minute.

  1. Step 1: Find a space

Search by city and space type from the home page, or open Find Spaces to filter by price and amenities. Prefer a map? Locations shows every space where it is.

  2. Step 2: Compare listings

Each listing shows photos, amenities, opening hours, where it is on the map, and the host’s own rates — by the day, the hour or the month.

  3. Step 3: Check availability

Pick a space and a date. Live availability shows what’s free right now: open time slots for rooms, seats left for desks, and whether an office is free to lease.

Taken slots can’t be booked twice — what you see is what’s free.

  4. Step 4: Send your request

Choose your time, how many people are coming and add a note if you like, then send. You’ll sign in or create a free account first — what you filled in is kept while you do.

The price is worked out from the host’s rates, so there are no surprises.

  5. Step 5: The host confirms

Your request holds the slot for 15 minutes, so nobody else can take it while the host looks at it. Once they confirm, it’s yours. If the hold runs out first, the slot is released and you can simply send the request again.

  6. Step 6: Visit and pay

Turn up at your booked time and get to work. You pay the space directly — the host tells you which payment methods they accept.

  7. Step 7: Rate your visit

After your visit, rate it from your dashboard. Your stars and comment go to the host, who can reply — and it helps them keep improving the space.
